And I like it, st2. Of course it doesn't hurt that blue is my favorite of all colors, lol. But to the piece itself I really like the feel of movement in it. This is exhibited by your approach to the oncoming sea and the cloud filled sky. The tonal aspects are simply excellent and so naturally done they spoil the viewer. Shading, lighting and textures top shelf. Well done. Travlin1

The limitation of colors make this picture very beautiful. I almost "feel" the sea breeze coming from the ocean, The silver lined clouds, the thin cloud over the moon and the reflection on the outstanding painted waves add to the beauty.

This is gorgeous Suzanne. A really beautiful atmospheric piece. Your blues are excellent and your wave formations perfect. It is one of the best sea paintings i have ever seen. I am truly envious of your brilliant technique here (I can't paint water to save my life!). The light of the moon is beautiful too and its reflection on the water just right. I am sure you will do well with this in the contest.
