I feel for you, I have had that experience on more than one occasion in my time - I like your attitude - you only let it bother you briefly then you get down and move on - I noticed upon viewing the work that it imparts anger in the look Cleo gives the world from his 2 dimensional paper home - Great work - Thank you - Howard

Thank you so much Gira for your kind review. Yes this was quick sketching, a little to quick for me. It could have been much better with some more time. But the deadline got me. Almost didn't make it for the contest.

love the very expressive nature of this beautiful little sketch of an inquisitive cat, those eyes are filled with a kind of craziness that could entrance anybody, hypnotic, a little darker would be more enticing, But other than that, a great little sketch with lots of character and life.

Thank you so much. I agree it could be little darker. But I couldn't do it. Did you read my notes? since somebody lifted my paper and I'm unable to replace the paper here right away, I had to work on slippy gray construction paper what didn't took my pencils well.

fairly good work with this I find that the eyes are not even and one eye is alot darker then the other the shading is good over all an ok image here

The eyes arent even because they aren't on the cat itself. She has different colored eyes. You see it in about 2/3 of the left eye.

I had a drawing of a kitty too, but got to playing with it digitally, so therefore disqualified myself from the contest...lol.
Your kitty here is so cute. I don't know how you could concentrate on doing anything after what happened. I feel like this little girl is staring right at me :) I wish you luck in the contest!!

My art supplies wasn't the only things missing. But it was very strange what they took truth. Or not so strange. All thinks you can't by down here. I think it also was somebody English spoken. Some rear books are missing but all written in English, non of the Spanish. Somebody know verry well that I'm an artist. We have to go to the States in a month so I will be hopefully be able to replace some. What really hurt is that some of my paintings are gone. I had them packed up for a couple of local art shows. I think they were token in accident for blank canvas or maybe to be over painted.

Be very careful, Cleo. Because they now know where to get what they want, and they will be watching for you to leave again. It is someone who knew you would be gone from the house or saw you leaving. I am so sorry. Can you order what you need on the Internet?

I can order it but will do it from the US. It is to complicated, expensive and time consuming to have things send down here.
I will be careful. Everything will be locked in my studio. It is hard to brake in there. The village security will keep an extra eye on the place.

Thank you so much for your beautiful review and your great offer. I'll be fine for now. We have to go to Texas for more medical of my husband in a month. I'll get the stuff there. That will be faster. In the main time I stay with digital. It is difficult to send something here. The mail and even FedEx isn't what it is in the States. Web live in paradise but it is a third world paradise. I appreciate your offer more then you imagine. Thank you ~Cleo
