THIS IS A NICE BRIGHT PICTURE THE AIRBRUSH IS GOOD. I LIKE THE CLOUDS TOO. OVERALL THE INITIAL IMPACT, COMPOSITION AND COLOR HARMONY IS GOOD.

This really is an uplifting rainbow, because the colors are bright and pretty.
The even number 6 white clouds bothered me...and seemed disjointed... or not relating to one another...or the weather. Usually with a rainbow...there are some dark clouds in the sky. So I played around a bit and added some dark to create more of a rhythm moving through the sky...and...to create a CONTRAST OF VALUES for the rainbow. (I deducted a half a point) However... I think you did a beautiful job on the rainbow, and having the clouds is a good idea. By pulling the various items together in some way, it looks like a unified composition.

Thanks for a great post...and a wonderful rainbow that is uplifting to the spirit.
