Very lovely result with the patterned background and the bright red poppies. I see what you mean about it reminding you of a leopard in a poppy patch. delicately shaped flowers and great shading. makes a pretty painting overall.

Very pretty piece. I love how the background goes from light to dark. And the design of the background is very neat looking. The texture on the flowers really adds to the picture. Great colors. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

This is an excellent composition, very interesting and eye catching , the pattern is a nice idea which i think actually makes the work stand out from others, the contrast of the poppies against the black works very well also, thanks for sharing

a grat digital art work, the design pattern on the golden wall looks great, giving great exposure to the red beautiful flowers, a feeling of mystery followed by hope, and finally passionate love

Moon Willow. this is a real nice piece of art you have created here. You have done a good job with the shadows on the poppy. Nice even seeing the hair no the pods.
YOur choice of background set the poppies out. Good job

I was glad to see you mention a leopard laying in a poppy patch because the first thing I thought of was a giraffe. Might be kind of hard to visualize but I am sure they lay down sometime. Great combination of the red poppies with the background. It is very eye catching. Great red for the poppies. The blooms, the buds and stems look great. Impact, presentation and creativity are very good. Good luck in the contest. Thanks for sharing.

Most everyone is saying it looks like a giraffe. :) I was thinking, boy, that's got to be some awful tall poppies or a really short giraffe, but dummy me, I never thought that the giraffe could be laying down...lol. It does look more like a giraffe :)) Thank you so much for the super review, Fila!! :)

Great job on ths one Shawn. I really like the giraffe print for the background, very exotic feeling. The red poppys are so pretty and love that you have included the pods with their "hairy" texture adding so much to this image.

Like the thought of the leopard in the poppy patch.

Great use of colour, nice how the picture fades into darkness/shadow as if there is a bright light on part of the flowers.

Beautiful piece of art.
