Your blues are perfectly chosen and mixed for this.

The sky is dipicted extremely well.

The ater is awesomely done; the curls and foam are near perfect.

Such a simple work when you think about doing it, then so complex when you accomplish it this way.

That's ok wish I could paint best I can do is to do some basic painting of the garden fence,when it dries up a little.

This is superb :) The waves must be difficult ones to handle... so does the sky!

Susan, the sea is a very difficult subject to paint. This is a nice interpretation, real thick brush strokes, even in the distance. This is a study in the many shades of blue, you have captured the various tones of the sea and the way it reflects the lighter blues of the sky. Nice movement and good perspective.

love the depth of view here to this atmospheric scene and seascape effect, the waves have motion and the sky is very moody, love the feel and drama unfolding here, your attention to detail is excellent, wonderful color tones of blues to purples, very reflective and creative work.
