I like the concept and the whole idea behind this. In a simple picture, you have managed to make a broad statement that is timely AND relevant. Donkeyoatey

I also hope that the shadows humans have and will leave on nature will not damage it too much

Thank you Jinny, for another thoughtful review. I shoot the photo before the contest came out and was going to use it in some enviroment issue. I was thinking about the handbag [it's my camera case] and the dog when I did the photo. I had made another one, the camera case on my bag and Lucky out the picture but I
think to have both in the picture add wight to the shadow in the composition as to the message I try to make visible.

This is so beautiful, Cleo, I love the golden lighting you have used to create a wonderful shadow photo. Colors and lighting are so beautiful here. I like the composition with the shadow in the tree, it looks like act. Thank you for sharing and best wishes for the contest.

Thank you Xennia, I didn't realised it looks like act. Probably not thinking in this direction since I was fully closed. But thanks, you did give me an idea.

Very nice capture and composition here...I like the plants on the tree which are still green, and all the details of this shot...nice work.

Thank you so much. The plants are literally growing in that wood. Somehow the wind has blown some dirt and seats into holes in the wood. The seats sprouted. Not unusual here in our tropical enviroment. The cactus grows normally on old wood as on new trees.

Very creative. Love the colors with a little bit of green in the foliage. Background is nice, doesn't compete with foreground. Lighting is good, center of interest and creativity of presentation. Composition is also great.
