I don't suppose you need more people telling you how great the technique is for this at this point..That is obvious..It is the emotion and feel of the work that hit me first.The faraway look in her eyes and the attentive lover . A telling glance is very close to writing a short story at times. ..It is a tribute to you and your pencil to be able to show such emotion..Thanks for the view...Dennis

A telling glance is very close to writing a short story at times. ..It is a tribute to you and your pencil to be able to show such emotion..Thanks for the view...Dennis

When I draw, I will be honest and say that I don't actually know what I am doing. I just draw what I see, and pray a lot. God does the rest. I do want the soul and spirit of the emotions will show through. Praise God, they have. Thank you for your wonderful review. It means so much to me.

Dear Robin,
I saw a photo of a new movie coming out, "Sleeping Beauty" and I challenged my self to draw it. It was very difficult, and it took me so long to do. My father died just before I began this drawing, and it was hard to get back into the creative realm. My father was an artist, and my greatest mentor. Losing him was a great heaviness of my soul. This picture is a tribute to his confidence in my ability. I love him more than I can say.

If you look at your painting you will notice that you have the chap all sex fired and you have the girl turning her head away as if she is not interested or it is just one big bore.
Certainly tells a story.
