I am not a digital artist and know little about the 'how to' of your creation here but I would like to share my thoughts just incase they might help knowing what the person that knows little is thinking---For me, I feel smoother lines of the outer portion of the silhouette might work better as well as a more calming background to introduce a stronger praying atmosphere such as a pastel smoky blue. I really like the thought that went into this piece of artwork and the strong message it depicts, absolutely do not want to go through one second of any day without the guidance of our higher power; a pleasure to view!

for the message though, it seems a bit "bright" a lighter yellow wouldn't be so harsh on the eyes. the brightness makes it hard to look at.
the blue in the hands and face are unnecassary and makes it look more like you just didn't get them blacked out then enhancing the outline.
a very peaceful and spiritful work.
