I really like what you have created here. Good use of lighting with the moon's light showing on some of the big branches in the tree. Like the silouhetted trees against the horizon. Good job, thanks for sharing. Tom

This is one of those pieces full of deep feelings of being alone, in the peace and quite just contemplating your thoughts. I would like to be there now. Like the way you can just see the moon coming over the horizon. The tree is a great focal point with good detail in the leaves. The little pine trees at the background add even more interest. Very nice twilight creation..The subtle color and texture of this time of the day is very hard to capture in a camera so I know it must be a bit more difficult working from scratch.. The canyon is a fine compositional element and makes this one stand out. The tree perched on the edge of the hill is placed very well.I like the two trees falling into the gorge at the edge of the cliff ,nice addition there,natural... Nice view Shawn...Dennis

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I like the white reflection of moonlight off the branches and leaves of the tree.

A full moon on a clear night would give off a lot of light to be reflected.

Very nice scene.

Thank you so much, David. If you were reading some of the earlier reviews, I changed it since then. I put the leaves on later to cover some of the branches because people were saying it was too bright and strange looking. I liked it, but it was getting bad reviews. Thank you again for the excellent review on it now. I think I would still like to add something more to the bottom though. :)
