Oh my goodness she is just too cute! What a beautiful color. Adorable place to take a nap! Good light, color and composition.

Thank you. Hard to believe that the mother pregnant with four kittens was left behind. isn't it?

That is so sad. People are just not very nice sometimes.

But the story has a good ending. Mommy cat adopted herself to us. Lucky is in love with here and seems to believe the kitten are his kids. We found a new home for three of the kittens and keep one what brings our pet count up to for cats and one dog. Maybe we should call ourselves rescue center.

Aww.Nice capture of the kitty Sleeping. Cats can find odd places to sleep. Love how the kittens stands on in the photo. Is the kitten a blue linx siamese? Great story telling.

Thank you so much for your kind review and the high rating. There may be some Siamese in the mix. It looks that way. Hard to say. The mother adopted herself to our home after being left behind by their owner. not much more than a hungry kitten herself she was pregnant with four kitten. We found homes for three of the kitten keeping one baby and mom. She seems to be a tabby. A gray tiger striped mix of something.

Is have kittens that look just like her. We bred them from a chocolate point siamese (male and the mother a Blue linx siamese and tha kitten looks like a few of mine. Do they have blue eyes and is the back white or cream color. Because it isn't the traditional siamese color people don't realize they are siamese.

Amazing, Yes they have blue eyes and cream on the back, but the cream color came in just recently. They were white at birth. Only two of the four have this unique color, one male one female. The other two are gray with tiger stripe like mama but with a white belly and spots on it. I'll post pictures of all four in time.

have you seen my profile picture. Where my cat Lilly is smelling the tulip. She is a Blue Links siamese. Siamese kittens all start out white and get their colors in time. This is my first litter of siamese kittens and they are all different points. It is need to see them change colors. I have always got them at 6 weeks or older. Look forward to seeing the photos of them. thanks Mary

Yes I've seen the picture and wrote a review. She could be the mother of Silver. Silver just looks like her. Especially now were the stripes on the legs show up more.

This is so cute! Who would ever think that a kitten could even sleep like this! You have done a good job with the light and the focus and the angle of this shot.

You would be amazed where and how the sleep. I found on in the garden on top of an orchid, all four legs hanging down but couldn't get a good shot of it.

This is a great photo of a sleeping cat. The pose of the kitten is great. The colors are nice and muted and compliment the cat color nicely. The big leaf or something oval shaped bothers my eye and I would try to remove it. Very nice photo. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, I appreciate your review and your input very much. I'm just affraid we have very different views of things. The leaf dosn't bother me at all, more the opposite. I cold have cut it of without waking the kitten. But I liked it because it tells the story of playing with the plant. bending it over and go to sleep slightly underneath. It's maybe wrong but I'm old fashioned. I like it better natural than beautified with a program. Programs [exept cropping] are for doing mixed media or digital art not photography. I want to find the camera option to make a photo after my intention. If I want something I can't get it that way I paint or work MM's

Actually, I'm more old fashioned than you think you are. :) I always did my own darkroom work and dodging and burning and other tools were commonplace for the professionals, amateur and pro alike. Photoshop does on the computer what we have done in the darkroom for the fifty years I have been teaching it. For me, I draw the line at the point where I could not have done it as normal work in the darkroom, however I have always been a master darkroom tech. Thanks for your feedback. Robert

Thanks Robert, unfortunately I grow up in the after war east side Germany. I had never a chance to learn darkroom work other than to read about. Photo exchanging or montage reduced to cutting paper copies and glue them together.
