Really great portrait. Face shows age and hard times. Background is a nice blur. All the details of his face show great color and texture. Could have use fill flash for the eyes but I think they came out good. Expression is really great.

This photo is worth a lot more then 5 stars. Definitely the best 20.00 you ever spent. The color, contrast and shadows are great. The look you captured on his face is priceless. It is wonderful framed. I just want to ask him what he is thinking.

A great focus on this, I do like the colours and the skin tones. He is most probably 40 years old. Its the ciggy's that give him his craggy look.

Your subject has such an interesting face, the $20 was money well spent to get him to pose. Very natural photograph, his face tells such a story and that is the art of portrait photography. Thank you for sharing.

I think that in every country in the world you would find these fellow"s going where the wind blows them. I know we have a lot of them in Australia. They do what they want when they want and stick it to the big man.To others they seem to have no prospects, but at least they seem to be mostly happy. Great shot lots of character and great expression. I'd say money well spent, Thank you.

I really like this pic. The lines in the mans face really tell a story. The only thing I might have added was a texture or perhaps converted it to a high contrast black and white and then added a texture to accent the mans worn look.

great artists notes , tell the story of the image realy well, in fact the picture very well taken , and focus i think is spot , the lines on the man face show good texture , you certainly know a unusal shot when you see one .

Spectacular cropping. Most people wouldn't pull in so tight. I find the background to be distracting because of the bright white... to me, it'd be nice to add some very light brown mottling with PS. Otherwise the color, detail, expression are absolutely amazing. I've really enjoyed seeing this.
