Oh, what a face! So full of emotion. She really makes you feel like you need to help her. I like how you composed the shot with her face. Good lighting. Good luck.

You really did an amazing job capturing her looks. She has such an aged look in those eyes! Seen way more than a child should! Wonderful capture, thanks for sharing...and her story, nicely told

Wow what a life this child must have. I enjoyed your description it is informative and the shot of your subjects face is focused pretty well. The only thing I have a problem with is her face is cropped a little to closely for my taste. Other wise this is a nice photo.

Thank you for your kind review. I would have liked more face too but somebody walked into the picture. I am unable to set up for photo shots at our trips in the jungle. the whole village shows up when we arrive with a doctor and some helpful goods.

What beauty despite poverty. Excellent portrait, I like her position in the frame, nice soft exposure with flattering diffuse light. I like it.

Thank you very much for your encouraging review. The light is a lucky gift of nature. It is the natural light of the jungle.

Without first reading you notes I could tell that this child is much older than her true age. You can see it in her face. I think when you can capture those tyoes of feeings you are a good artist. She is a beautiful child but she looks so sad. Nice protrait work. The eyes say it all.

Wow, this pictue is powerful to me. Her eyes have a soulful look in them. It's obvious that she's only five when you look at her whole face but those eyes have a look that says she's had some hard days in her little life. This is a good picture.

thank you very much for your understanding review. Her eyes have the look of a woman, not a child to me. I sense such a sadness but also anger.

absolutely precious and enough to tug on anyones heart strings. The emotion captured in those eyes really hit home. This is a beautiful image and your artists notes work perfectly with it

You've captured the soul of this little girl brilliantly. I first looked at this photo and could see the unhappiness/sadness in her eyes but then I observed again and saw the expression on her face and I could see anger... this photograph does make me think. Lovely natural light used as well. Great work!

Thank you fort your encouraging review and especially for understanding the photo. You are right with the anger. I sensed it too. I made several photos of her. Both the sadness and the anger is evident in all of them.
