Very sad story. A shame natives lose land and suffer. Your close-up is very good. I see the sadness in her eyes and also exhaustion. She's a beautiful little girl with big eyes. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

This impacted me with so many thoughts about what is going through this little girls head due to her expression. It has a story, or many. It makes me feel empathy for the girl, sad. And the crop shows everything that needs to, her face and eyes. This picture is a soul grabber from the get go. Great job and either lucky timing or all around good eye.
