You didn't have to mention "cold" in the title. The image does it for you. Clarity and color are right on the mark, especially you enhancement of the grey tones to set the mood. Even the bird's eye looks cold. The softness on the edges is also a nice touch. Well done.

Great choice of title, adds much interest to the shot. Love how he's looking right at you, probably thinking that very thing. Bits of snow add to the effect. Subject is well framed, great use of natural outdoor lighting.

Initial Impact: Good shot of the lone pigeon. Lighting: is overcast which make for a nice shot like you got. He is all fluffed up to conserve his heat. Pigeon presentation. Color harmony: good. Center of interest: The fluffed up pigeon. Cropping: is good. I would suggest leaving just a little more room at the front end of the bird. Give it space to breath as I call it. Focus: sharp. Action: Nothing.
