This is one fat pigeon, I think he's had enough to eat! LOL! But he does indeed look cold. I like the touch of lavendar in his feathers, but think the background is a tad bit too burned out. Overall this is a very good image.

You're welcome. Its just a little bright you could try increasing the mid-tone values?
