An amazing view of this lovely creature. I love how you caught the bright concentration and curiosity in its eyes. The view of its feathers is totally awesome, seeing each little beautiful feather as it fans out from the stem. It even appears to have lovely eye lashes that almost looks like makeup around the eyes.

Depth of field backdrop captured perfectly. The colours and lighting that fall on the center of interest has been captured nicely. I like how the branch is blurred and how the center of interest is sharp. Detail is captured really nicely and the glint in the eye of the bird and the shine coming off it's beak all add interest to the photograph. Great shot.
