The initial impact of this photo is very nice. The color harmony work very well here and is very nice. The center of interest is a very good subject too. It is detail and in focus. Technically a very nice photo and has lots of pretty colors. Lots of details here to see and perhaps could use a more clearly defined center of interest. Mother nature simply gives us too much to look at and it's hard to take some of it out. Perhaps crop out the right side to get rid of the twigs or crop it as a vertical. Thanks for sharing your photo and your trip.

Technically a very nice photo and has lots of pretty colors. Lots of details here to see and perhaps could use a more clearly defined center of interest. Mother nature simply gives us too much to look at and it's hard to take some of it out. Perhaps crop out the right side to get rid of the twigs or crop it as a vertical. Your right, forest floors are very interesting and you have captured it well here, like the frame which enhances the shot, good focus, depth of field, little bit bright which looses the white flowers. Thanks for sharing, think we should all look down as well as up when we are out and about, Sandie :)

My favorite part is the pine cone, its a good focal point. The lighting is great. I do think it would have more impact if it was cropped in closer to the pine cone. Really lovely colors and focus. Enjoyed it.

I love pine cones. The greenery is nice. The focus is very clear and crisp. The lighting is great. I think the leaf in the left hand corner would have been better to be cloned out. Nice shot.

Beautiful image. The frame really adds to this it takes it from the ground into the sitting room.
I love the mixtures of textures and forms. The greens are a good exercise in tonality.
