This is a beautiful photo of a German Shepard. I have one that looks very similar to this dog. The detail in his fur is very nice. Lighting level and direction work well for the shot. Nice cropping and I like the way you handled the busy background. Thanks for sharing.

Great portrait of this German Shepard. Good focus, clarity, sharpness, definition and contrast, I like what you did to the background. Great colour, tonals, contrast and impact. Good DOF, composition, balance, counter balance and counter point. Good eye appeal, focal centering, visual capture and hold. Nice techinque, creative and innovative. Super capture, Liz.

Nice editing. I like the frame and the lines around the dog. You can't see any unwanted "fake" lines. Everything looks nice and level. Very nice.

They're an awesome looking dog - strong - regal - powerful, and this shot depicts all of those things.
Focus is good, likewise with lighting.
Framing works well.
I like the ghostly image of what seems like a cage in the background.

Lovely dog I can see why you wanted to capture him.
He has become a real poster boy with his name up in lights. Great graphic design. The photograph of the dog is very good well lit, in focus, and colours realistic. Your post processing is very professional.

This definitely is a magazine cover photo with one suggestion. The dark background has caused some mergers of the dark areas of the face around the nose and the ears as shown by the highlighted areas. Otherwise this is an outstanding image. The lighting is wonderful and it is sharp. Great job.
