This is an amazing close-up. How did you get so close. Did you use zoom in during editing the shot or use a long lens? Look at this little fellow with the seed in his beak -- amazing shot willie.

Thank you so very much! I used a long lens and he was close to start with, then used a tight crop.

That's a great shot I had to laugh when it first popped up. That is getting up close and personal. The look in it's eyes is like what are you looking at buster haven't you ever seen a seed before. Nice work. Dave

Very nice detail. You got the catchlight in the eye and unbelievable detail in the feathers. The top of this bird's head is very interesting. It almost looks like it's been greased. Excellent detail in the shadows with onlyminimal loss of detail in the highlight on the right side if the frame. Thanks for sharing.
