Much better lighting to create nice catch lights in her eyes rather than the pin points in the image with the boy. Her eyes have a little blue cast in the whites but the pose is very nice and she looks to be at ease with you.

Nice pose and point of view. Good exposure and good use of the catchlight in her eyes. It looks to me like the color balance is off a bit...red.
