It's very fitting that you have added a Lucky Leprechaun certificate to this (and maybe more). The green glows well. Portraying the association with Ireland. The quote is good, so is the three leaf clover added to give more luck. The white rose has become Irish. Good tribute to their patron saint. Good frame, perhaps the inside border could have been of a different color. Good entry for the contest. It certainly is Irish with all green. I am now going to see what the Lucky leprechaun has to offer me. Wish me luck. I wish you luck too AVM!:)
