What a wonderful picture.
I love the lighting, the bright snow on the roof, the diagonal hillside, the richness of the snow.

It goes very well with the title. And certainly it has given more atmosphere to the moon. The clouds around the moon enhance its soft glow. The moonlight reflected over the snow on the rooftops, and on the ground, give this a serene, perhaps even romantic, atmosphere, with the moon in the background. The lightening has worked well to present its other features well. The more present tress in the middle to the ones in Silhouette framing the rear. A fine entry for the contest as it speaks of nothing but night.

I, like your shot. It is enjoyable to view, and composed well. No, not perfect but much better than many.

It looks it was worth all that trouble. Thanks goodness for the digital world so you can check and retake. This is a very good mood image with the light and low contrast. Sometime I have better luck to take it on manual and match the exposure meter up with the settings.( I hope you know what I mean.)
