Great shot Willie, The clarity of the focus is perfect, The black periphery looks likes wet paint. Me personally would of put it on the left side, so I do not have tilt my head.

nice capture. good initial impact the wings of the monarch. good color harmony as the monarch stands out nicely. good technical excellence a good crisp clear photo of the monarch. great story telling ability as the monarch works. good lighting. i like the blurred background that keeps focus on the monarch.

That is such a pretty photo.
There is not much advice I could give you because I think it is already stunning. But I think it would be cool if you edited it so the flower and butterfly were in color and the rest was in black and white. Just try it and see how it looks:)But again, its a beautiful photo:)
