This is a good composition with a cleaver title that would go straight over the heads of most members without your notes. I find it difficult to criticise digital and MM work but here goes - your pictures title should more correctly have been called 'occupo dimidium a dies'!

Good initial impact. Good focus and lighting. The rays of light radiating from the timepiece are the center of interest. Good composition, cropping and framing. Good technique, technical skill and story telling potential. Creativity in title, presentation and and artist's notes.
