REally nice flight image of the Blue Heron. Colors are super. I like the calm water, reflecting the bird below him. I like the green reflections on the water from adjacent vegetation. THanks for sharing.

The greens of the water with the reflections in it .
Bird in flight looks so elegant
I think it would have made a better shot without the birds reflexion, but I suppose it has to be there

Comments: Very good shot of a Great Blue Heron in flight. You have captured this bird with a great deal of clarity and a beautiful reflection in the water. I really like the stop action that you captured with great detail in the wing feathers. The back looks a little dark but I think it works in this case. These birds are magnificent in the air and approaching that of being ugly on the ground. They are great subjects to photograph. You have captured him magnificently. You have a great set of artist notes. You describe how the photograph developed then you follow up with good camera information and camera settings. Thanks for sharing.
