Is it Queen Anne's Lace? If so, you can put it in water colored with food coloring and the blossoms will turn that color! Did it as kids... I like the soft focus and vignette, but it doesn't call to me like some of your others for some reason...?

I don't think this plant has such a romantic name. Not in Norwegian anyway. Thanks for the review

Weeds can be so beautiful.
The focus on just a few blossoms really add to the shot.
The vignette adds a softness to the shot almost making you belive it is not a weed.
Just a beautiful shot.

Even when tthis has a lot blur, it is still woorth keeping.. It might help if the DOF was not as blurred. Overall, decent photo.

I think it is very pretty, but then again, I think clover is pretty when it blooms. LOL.
Nicely composed and focused. Great job.

This looks like Queen Anne's Lace, there is a story that goes along the lines that Queen Anne pricked her finger while making lace for her baby and a drop of blood stained it. She was so upset that she threw the lace outside and it spread across the countryside. In the center of each flower, there is a dead looking flower (as these are not one flower but a cluster), and it's brown - it looks like a dried drop of blood. It's a member of the carrot family.
This is a wonderful shot, I absoltuely love the shallow DOF. You're lighting is suburb, and the white vignette works very well on this one. I think the only thing I would have tried also is maybe positioning the camera so the whole cluster was more in the shot, so it was slightly higer, but you know, I really like this just as well because you see the underneath. Lovely.

Thank you very much for the lovely review and generous rating. I have to look up Queen Anne's Lace on Internet to find out if this is the same plant.

The flower is queen ann's lace I think. Beautiful, but very invasive. Its in the carrot family, leaves look like carrot foliage. Nicely framed. Great composition. I once had this in a beautiful flower arrangement for Garden Club and it was disqualified because this is a noxious weed in IA. I learn by making mistakes. You did not make any taking this photo. there are many beautiful 'weeds.' thanks for sharing.

Nicely captured! Excellent selective focus. Hard to imagine as a weed because it reminds me of "baby's breath" which is often in arrangements and bouquets. Very good composition, and the vignetting effect adds alot to the image. Presentation is great. Well done.

It maybe a weed, but really pretty little white flowers on it. Nice details here which are quite intricate really. Very nice and clean whites.
