Vibrant colors to attract and then to douse the senses with the harsh reality of that which should not be. Perhaps art should be for visual pleasure but more purpose when messages are communicated that define society's ills and attempt to rectify.

Thank you for your wonderful write up, this is what I believe but am often rebuffed on, as interior decoration as art is what brings in the money..
