Great capture of the swallowtail. Focus and lighting excellent. The Button Bush gives the overall composition real punch and frames the focal point nicely. I feel the litter on the leaf bottom to be a little distracting. A tighter crop could almost eliminate the shadow bottom left and right. The blue colour in wings are highlighted nicely with the blue sky. A delight to view.

This is indeed a roadside beauty. The composition is great. The colors are very good, they are soft and muted. There is good color harmony. This butterfly has the total package. It has a lovely shape. I have never seen this type of flower before, so the picture is interesting for showing me something new. The focus is super sharp. It is a very pleasant scene to view.
