Nice capture - excellent sharpness, good dof, rather interesting fly? Nice dynamic exposure range, limited but harmonious color palette.
Composition is nice with the green section making it much better than if the background was all the rust color.

What macro ratio can you obtain with that lens?

I don't know the ratio but this was taken as close as I could get about 3.5 feet away at 300mm.
