Good composition however it is cropped a little to close for my liking. I wish it had more room to the right and bottom of the frame. I also would like it to be sharper with more detail. Good POV and DOF. Nice contrast and color. Thank you for sharing

Great action capture, Willie. Excellent focus on the heron. Great colours. Love those beautiful outstretched wings. Might have liked to have seen a bit more space beneath him, but I know it's not easy to get the perfect position in an action shot like this. Great work. Taylor

Another good shot Willie. I like the rich colour in the water. The composition is good apart from it being low in the frame but I don't suppose you had much choice. On the rare occasions that I get to see a Heron they are too skittish to get anywhere as close as this. Mitch
