Any bug that eats other bugs is all right in my book. This is a really nice macro shot. It is very close up and the focus is super sharp. If he is a robber fly, make sure you check your wallet when your around him.

Interesting that you were able to get this from a car window and with such detail. The photo turned out well. I guess one thing I really like about it is that you got the robber fly on an "unnatural" setting; the rusty guard rail. THe eyes are very detailed. I like how well they came out.

Thank you so very much! He landed right in front of mr to close for the lens. I moved the car a little to get in focus, 3 or 4 feet. I cropped very little!
