i have to say im not a big sports fan but i am a fan of good photography and this is a fantastic action shot you must of use a very fast shutter speed and probably f22 as the photograph is sharp throughout great composition fantastic natural light which really brings out the vibrant red in the boys shirts excellent effort a+++++ kind regards stephen

What a great action photo. I'm so glad you were able to capture this photo. Can I make a suggestion? I don't know if you do this for family photos or not, but if not, may I suggest that you go into properties and make comments and identify the people? I am on a mission to have people do this as well as to scan their main old non-digital photos into a digital image format and notate them in the same way. I have been doing all of them that I have, my brother has the rest of them, which I'm trying to get. I want to label the people I can identify in the very old photos. If I don't, no one will ever know who any of them are. My mother and grandmother never labeled them, even after I tried to get them to do it. I just find it a shame to have all of these wonderful old photographs with no identity to them. Many of these photos were taken long before I was born and I'm 68. What a loss. I am making copies on flash drives for my kids. I'm hoping that these photos will eventually be passed onto my grandchildren when they are of an age to appreciate them. With modern technology, it is so easy to do this. I scanned all of my baby photos, there aren't a lot that I have, but there are some. My children's great grandparents are in there and even one great great grandfather holding me as a baby. Okay, I'll get off my soap box now. I am just passionate at this subject. This really is a great photo of your grandson.

Nice action shot - good sense of movement. Looks like the guy holding the ball is in the way from this angle! Nice colour and well focused. A moment of family history to treasure.

Very nice notes, giving appreciation to your grandson. This is a good action "stop" shot. Very good title. The right foot, and left arm is a bit blurred, but is still well within focus. The color of the turf is very natural looking, and the jerseys and pants are very alive with color. I think there is great placement of the center of interest in the photo. The impact of the photo on me is really zero, but for those who like the sport the impact is great. Even though I'm not big on football, this is an enjoyable photograph to view. This is a real well taken photo Willie.

What a great photo. As I said on the other one he is very lucky to have you as a grand parent to be able to take photos like this. Everything looks great. One thing I use to do when I was coaching is to take still shots and break down the form to teach the kids. I know video could be used instead of still images, but I may get an excellent one for him.

Nicely framed action shot. The colors are great, focus outstanding. These kicks always make me nervous - looks like the guy holding the ball is in a very precarious position!

You must be extremely proud of the lad and it is good to see them out on the ground instead of in front of computer games.
Lovely action shot, the focus and angle of shot are great.

Just a wee bit more blur than is need in the movement, but again..blurring the background would change the whole shot to a feel of movement and then the blur on the leg would be a plus. Donkeyoatey
