This is such a unique looking flower. I like the ay you took this so close up. I think it would have been better if you had cropped just a little off of the sides.

I took out 0.5 a star since the center of the flower looks very soft making details to be lost

You certainly do have a nice flower here in a good and pleasing composition! The exposure is OK, but I feel that the focus, generally, is not sharp. Possibly some camera shake here? Pity as its a good scene!

Interesting flower. Good soft background but find the composition to be missing something - too much empty space on the bottom and too centered horizontally. As the background contributes little of interest, would be tempted to do a more major crop on this one to just isolate the flower.
The flower exposure appears to be good but the flower is a bit soft.

Center of interest is this flower
Technically I would add some contrast to make the flower pop a bit more. Yellow is a hard color to shoot. I believe you will bring out a bit more detail.

Thanks so much for your review. Not sure what the flower is it grows on a very grassy plant and is used a lot by our local councils as it is so hardy (needs to be for me to grow it also)

It looks like you got the setting right. I find the all whit flowers are very difficult unless the light is just right. I have a hard time to bring out the detail in the white. Very nice BG and contrast. The only thing I would suggest is maybe the portrait format may be a little more stunning.
