I love these guys. Had a bunch of them around my house as a kid, they were always pecking at the reflective film on my window. Woke my up every morning.
You captured this one well. Great contrast. Great form. Exceptional detail. The lighting really stands out well too. Just a really good shot. I like that you are taking "portraits" of these birds, that is something that you just don't see. I hope this works well for you in the contest, good luck!
