A lovely image showing a typical New Zealand beach. You have captured the waves and the swirling shallows really well and the coldness of the water shows in the colors you have blended in the body of the water.
I like this Suzanne , makes me homesick for my native land!

You succeeded in capturing the many shapes and colors of the surf and sand. The waves and sea foam are so real, as is the water on the sand. I would love to walk in the beautiful water on the shore. I could look at this painting for a long time. It is so peaceful and relaxing.

I absolutely think you accomplished your goal. The color renderings are just phenomenal both in the water and the sand/foam. The depth is also super. Makes me want to be standing right there looking out and contemplating the beauty of nature. Excellent.

I think your treatment of the waves it is fantastic and realistic as are the waves hitting the shore and pooling of water foreground. I just want something to focus on in the back ground even if it is one cloud that is a little whiter than the others but that is probably just me Technical 5 technique 5 color 5 impact 5 lighting 5

New Zealand is a place on my bucket list to visit sometime, folks I know who have gone say it is fabulous with wonderful people too. I like this scene, the colors and the flow of the image. Good movement and depth in the piece. thanks much for sharing.
