Hi Willie,
What a gorgeous shot! You really brought the colors out on the heron. The image is nice and crisp and the lighting is wonderful. I not only love the heron's reflection here but the autumn leaves as well....the smooth water and your talent created quite a picture.

Very nice reflection of not only the bird but also the surrounding landscape. The calm lake is a perfect smoke color to accentuate the various hues of the trees/leaves around it. Thanks for sharing!!

The blur of the colorful background water reflection really helps this image stand out. It offers a soft painterly quality which is really nice; like something someone might add in photoshop; and helps the bird really pop out in the frame. Excellent control of all the technicals. Cloud cover was very helpful as the tones are nice and even throughout. Well done!

What a beautiful shot! The dof is very good. The reflections of both the heron and log make a very aesthetic composition.
