This is beautifully done Willie.
I love the composition. There is nice balance between the heron and the log and the reflections.
You did a nice job of capturing the heron hunting for food which creates a bit of drama.
I love the color and your focus is sharp.

Great shoot Willie. Real striking initial impact. The reflection is great & exposure very good.
Nice strong clarity & saturation.
Composition is very good & the bird has ample room to move into. Real vibrancy & the soft hues of the autumn leaves on the water really anchors this.
|Dynamic range is very good & is certainly pleasing on the eye.

Beautiful colors on the bird, and the water caught all those subtle colors. The reflection is so clear too. And I really like the composition, the overall design of the photo. Thanks for sharing.
