Cyber 6 Willie that overcast sky gave you great lighting. One of my favorite time to photograph is right after a storm passes or the calm just before it but you have to watch your white balance on occasion. This image is perfect and needs to bee in a bird book. Dave

This is very lovely with the fall colors and the reflection in the water.You have captured him in a great pose here,with the old stump sticking up out of the water.It is a gorgeous bird,with nice detail. Excellent shot,love everything about it!

This is a beautiful photograph of the great blue heron. I wish I could give you a higher score, but alas I am all out for this week. The bird has a lovely reflection in the water. The focus is sharp. The composition is great.

Oh I so wish I had a 6. This is just an amazing picture the way you took it. The way the heron is drinking the water is great. I like the way the water is like a mirror. reflecting the heron. The way you just see some muted colors in the background is great. An excellent and beautiful picture.

Photographers are a little crazy.
You stood there and took 200 photographs of one bird and what a fantastic photograph you got.
It is pure perfection !!
The water is so still, no movement at all
The sun is not out which is wonderful
The log is a perfect accent and reflection
Wish I had a 7 to give
