great shot! the reflections off the water are mirror-like, and i love how there is color on the trees to balance out the darker green trees. great job!

This is a lovely portrait of serenity in nature. I can picture a bright red or green canoe coming around the bend in the water at any moment. How fortunate you are to have such enchanting views to enjoy so close to home. The reflections and mist enhance the solitary beauty of this pond. Lovely!

Initial impact, DOF, color harmony, artist notes, lighting, are good, and the name is just great. What a beautiful spot. Thanks for sharing.

Comments: A cyber 5.5 headed your way. This is an excellent fall picture. I really like the reflections off the water. Very good DOF. Well Composed. Good Crisp picture. About the only thing I would do is to work on the lighting of the mostly evergreen trees on the far bank. Try to get the details to appear out of the darker area in the picture. Thank you for the very excellent artist notes. You had an exceptional narrative. Excellent camera information and wonderful camera settings. Thanks for a beautiful picture that you have shared with FAR. Good luck in the fall contest.

good technique used here to have the right bank a little blurry gives more depth & leads the eye to the finely detailed left bank with the wonderful colours of this time of year a really nicely composed photo, i waqnt to get out my canoe & go find this spot, very tranquil.

This is very pretty. I love the wat the trees on either side frame the water. Also the DOF is good, leading the eye to the center of the photo. Nice reflection and contrast!
