Very nice central composition of the heron's head. After look at this for a while I feel its looking a bit mad, maybe angry mad or nutter mad, not quite sure! I am certain though that the settings here have done a very good job creating a shot that is very sharp and has great natural colours. Very nice work, well done! Good luck in your contest!

Good shot considering you were driving. Good image clarity and details. Colours are good too. I like the angle this has been taken- side on. Background makes the subject stand out.Excellent lighting. Appreciate you sharing.

Since the system will not let me give this shot better than a 5 I know this is my friend the Birdman of FAR. Another outstanding shot. The eye is so powerful in this shot. Technically perfectly shot. The lighting is outstanding. Wow. Great entry.
