A nice one Annie,your technique has worked well. It is not as sharp as it should be but the effect still works. The frame is O.K. but I would have preferred the gradient the other way round with the darker half used as a base. Mitch

Your experiment turned out beautiful. The shoes are neat looking. I like the way the light shines on the one. The background is great the way you just see the detail in it. I like the way you frames this too. An excellent and interesting picture.

good shot this and you did get a good exposure,good title in this,good colour frame used here,the only down side is the subject,i have lost count the number of times i have followed my wife into shoe shops,not my favourite things

Annie your shot is very creative. Good technique use to create this. Your title fits; the other shoe does have a ghostly appearance. Nice depth of field. I believe you had a very good exposure time for this shot. The focus is very good. I like the colors you captured in the front of the shoes. Very good effect in the shot. The background fits into the image well. Nicely done Annie.

These shoes look like Ed Harris Picked them up from the ocean floor in the Abyss.
Love the purple color and dazzeling frills. The abstract looking background gives perspective and body.
