I think you did a great job capturing the bird's coloring, form and demeanor. There is a look about him that suggest that he is posing for you. Simple work that "works" very well. Good job.

As a "study" drawing, this is already pretty well conceived . Your subtle shading is right on at this point . The turn of the head is well rendered with the shade on the chest area . Should be a real nice painting

That's a lovely drawing. You have really captured the detail on this bird. It's a shame you didn't draw something for him to stand on though - that would have really improved it.

This is beautiful the way you have drawn this bird. I like all the detail that you have in the feathers. I think this would have been better if you had put just a little bit of a shadow under the bird to ground him.

I think it is done very nicely . Subject well drawn . Positioning , body shape well done .I like that light neutral background the slight to almost lack of contrast really make bird the center of interest.and create depth . Good drawing skill . Bird feature accurate . Well done.

Wonderful drawing! I thought it was a photograph. Your artistic talent is right on.
The fine detail and colors really make the main subject stand out. The off white background also brings the center of interest come right out at you. The only comment I have is the red on the neck is a bit smudgy and took away a bit from this wonderful drawing. Thanks for sharing.
