I can say I have never seen a cluster of lady bugs before, they make for a fun shot. The blue background enhances the green fern and red bugs.
There is a slight out of focus, you might look at softening the photo edges to add some drama.

We do not often see lady beetles clustered like this. Nice contrast between their color and the fern and the dark background.

Pretty neat. I like the blue background. So many ladybugs in one place is nothing I have ever seen. The green leaves are a bright and beautiful. The focus seems a tiny bit off, but not enough to mark down.
