Boy with a fishing rod

I like how you have fished this one out, and then 'stamped' your mark on it, before 'posting' it. They have all contributed beautifully to the final delivery of the post. The post has been tabled well too for our comments and views on it. And the boy by the side of the table with the fishing rod in his hands, along with the notes, hooks us up to this picture. Wish you luck Annie!

This in and of itself presents a very good picture. I would have liked to see the original after reading your notes. Thank you for sharing your changes and thank you the story. It is so like the Greeks.

Great contrasts here. I love the sepia tones and the appearance of a postcard. The artist's notes are key to understanding the proximity issue and are well done. The background when examined closely is highly textured and almost like a fabric. Certainly a great entry for the contest it's fresh and original. Good luck and thanks for sharing

This is wonderful the way you did it. I like the layered look to this. I like the coloring and the way you have put everything together. I like the way you have the frame around the picture. A very creative and excellent picture. Good luck in the contest.

It is always nice to see alternate approaches. The monotone really stands out here.I also like the interesting finish which seems to tell the story. Good luck in the contest!

I like the sepia color. I like the framing on the picture. The ironity of the boy fishing so close to the table and chairs. I like the addition of the words and coin on the side. Good job.
