he has such pretty blue colors.
Like how well we see the definition of his feathers.
nice profile showing his eye/beak, the curve of his long nect, and both legs.

Cool shot Willie. Love the Steel blue of the Heron. The texture of the feathers and the texture of the beautiful green seem to have harmony in the photo. That's a great nature shot. The beak color is tied to the orange in the background. I like this shot a lot.

Terrific shot of this great blue. What big feet they have! I've never seen the feet before as they are usually standing in water. His colors are so beautiful, with the highlights on his top feathers, he looks like a painting. Beautiful capture- your patience paid off.
