It is beautiful. Who ever gave you the commission will be very pleased I just love these two and how they look at each other, especially the little one is adorable wit his perfectly painted baby feathers. I am not sure about the shadows. I have to think about it because I am tired and may I am a bit off right now.

I think the shadow is a bit too long myself so that I have to fix but I can't thank you enough for your input it gives me the confidence I needed thank you again cleo your the best

This one is just so neat the way you have painted it. I like the way you have the two penguins in this. I like the way you have their shadows behind them but think they may go a little far. I don't think they should go all the way to the mountains.. The background is great with all the detail that you have in it. Not sure about the way you have done the coloring in the sky. I like the fuzzy look to the baby and the way he is looking up at his dad. An excellent work of art.

thanks anne for the kind review. I agree that the shadow seems a bit too long, the sky coloring I did at the request of the person who commissioned the painting, she wanted the added colors to match her daughters room and that was the only way I could add those colors besides after seeing some of the photographs of the artic it wasn't too far off but thank you again for your input it was a big help

Absolutely love it! the colors are wonderful, love the sky with the blues, tad of orange and the purple...very pretty and perfect for a little girl. Love the larger penguin looking down to the baby one, almost like a mother and a daughter...The details in the snow here are absolutely beautiful. Very nice peice of work, the girl is going to love it!
