Great job. I like that you created the image. I would never have known that you created the effect. I think it certainly would pass for smoke art.

Definately it passes as "smoke" art! What a cool photo! I really like that you included just enough of the gun barrel to be able to sell the visual story of a bullet just shot and the way the light captures the contours of the gun enhances the curves of the smoke coming out of the barrel. Smokin Hot photo! Thanks for sharing this

Yes, I think it satisfies the theme. And it's a great shot, elegant. I like the reflections on the barrel and the strong contrast of the smoke with the black background.

I am a little surprised that the smoke has such a well-demarcated outline, even after it has risen a bit. I would have expected it to diffuse.

I also liked the positioning of the gun within the frame but forgot to say so the first time.

How interesting is this. Very nice shot and very commercial. Maybe a S&W ad? Nice reflection of colors on the gun. Good position of the subject and the smoke adds more interest like who got shot... :-)

Ah the elusive smoking gun. Love the curl of smoke coming from the gun and the shades of green in the gun. Great placement in the frame. Good shot LOL, no pun intended.

Yes, I think this would pass for smoke art. I think it turned out great and has good visual appeal. It fits so nicely with the "Smoking gun" phrase and just seeing the photo immediately made me think of that phrase before I even saw the title. The image is well composed, has good color, and is well focused. Nice job.
