Nice overall composition. I like the positioning of the heron and it has pretty good clarity. The browns are a bit dark in some areas and blown out in other areas. Looks like it was a pretty sunny day! How wonderful to have a rookery so close by!

First, I have to say that the wonderful blue of the sky captures my attention from the thumbnails immediately. The lines of the nest nicely anchor it in the photo and the nest is a great confluence of them. The bird in landing mode is a wonderful capture. Thanks for sharing my friend. Cyn
