It is a nice size fish. Most of the time i see them catching 2" to 4" fish. he must be proud and at the very least a little less hungry.

A good capture of the heron, showing clearly its head and plumage over a suitable background. A lower point of view and a less-centered composition could help to improve such an image.

A stunning wildlife shot. Superb clarity and what timing to get the bird with the fish in it's mouth. This has to be a winner, surely. I tried to award a 6 but apparently I've given you too many of those already and it'll only let me give you a 5. Outstanding photography.
