this is such a good piece and write up. surely you have captured the magic and essence of this great queen. the bust in berlin is probably the single most important artifact, from ancient egypt and always thought it should be back in egypt; though since all the trouble i'm glad it's safe somewhere else (even though it does not belong). it is very interesting to learn all about her, with your notes and the construction of this picture contains such an air of mystery + almost a cinematic suspense.

The blue netting on her hair is interwoven with golden chains and it spirals down around her neck. The emotion here is one of resignation, she has accepted her fate and she awaits it patiently. Cyn

good luck in contest cleo this is a good sort of expressionist type of presentation with a great storyline & good technical work having very good initial impact depth & colouring to give a warm feel to the viewing with some food for thought-well done!
